Impressed with the very timely response from David on my "request for quote" from the Yelp search engine when I was searching for a carpet cleaning company. Not only did he send an email but he followed up with a phone call to confirm details rather than leave it questionable. Very pleasant and friendly to talk to, as well.

His quoted price fit in with the competition and I selected his company due to the responsive and attentive nature he presented. His employee Laura arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable. She did a great job of what she had to work with (old, damaged wall to wall synthetic carpeting).

Overall, a very enjoyable experience with absolutely no surprise outcomes. Will certainly use them again!

After years of continuous pet stains leaving our carpets anything but spotless, we decided to have them professionally cleaned. SmithWerks were professional and informative. Before commencing, they advised of their opinion to have the carpets replaced rather than cleaned. This was truly appreciated and a true testament to the sincere and expert nature of their company. We decided to still go ahead with the cleaning and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We'd recommend SmithWerks to anyone and everyone looking for carpet & upholstery care and a professionalism that will go beyond your expectations.

After doing my own carpet cleaning for years, I had SmthWerks come in and do them. I was extremely pleased with the work Chris did especially in the high wear areas. After drying everything looked like new!. All of the work at a very reasonable price.

I get carpet cleaning done every six months. I never thought about who I use to get my carpets cleaned, just looked for a good deal and got it done. Since I started using SmithWerks, I never consider calling anyone else. Dave's team is quick professional and they don't walk in upselling me on additional services that will cost more. I love working with SmithWerks and I recommend them to all my friends and clients. They have a great reputation.

We had a fantastic experience with SmithWerks! Booking was easy, the the technician arrived on time and was very informative and friendly, and the price point was great! Our couches look like new again (no small feat with a 3 year old). We had previously had a large big name company clean our couches and we were extremely disappointed with the service. We will always call on SmithWerks for our upholstery cleaning needs!

Wow.wowDecided to go with SmithWerks because it was one of the carpet cleaning companies I haven't used in the last 35 years and I'm sorry I didn't find them sooner.

We asked them to come in to try to clean up 30 year old carpets in a townhouse that we were getting ready for sale. The fellow showed up on time, no fuss, no muss, just got down to work. Very courteous and professional with a good sense of humour as he looked at the basement stairs and asked if they had ever been cleanedthat would be a no. He didn't flinch, just got to work and did an awesome job.

I'd highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning and I will definitely use them in the future. They made 30 year old carpets that had withstood many a pet over the years, look and smell fresh. Well done!
