If you need rims or tires this is the place to go. They go to that extra step they know what they're talking about. I have the vehicle that was hard to find rims for especially in this day and age because of lack of production but Dennis went Far and Beyond himself to find me a set of rims for my vehicle and we worked very well together to get things done. Do not hesitate to use these guys.

I have always had great service from Aurora Tire & Wheel. I arrived today hoping to make an appointment for a seasonal tire swap, and was able to get them changed today. All staff were courteous and professional. My tires weren't purchased from Aurora Tire & Wheel, and I had no issue with having them changed over.

I book an appointment for a tire swap. I arrive a little earlier than expected, was told to go to the back to get them changed. They started lifting the car up and all of a sudden, they said they don't do tire swaps/changeovers on tires not bought by them. I was never informed or asked of this when I made the appointment with them. A quick google search shows me that several other customers had this issue. So much for supporting a local business.

Horrible. I bought rims the day before and they had no problem taking 800 big ones from me. They were NOT the cheapest but I bought them based on google ratings. I explained I was off for the whole week and needed my rims put on and would take an appointment. They told me come in the morning, the next day, and they would fit me in if I left my car.

The next day at 730am, To my horror the owner or manager told me to park my car around the corner and then yelled at me telling me I double parked. I told him why don't you give me a refund and his attitude changed. Then to my dismay they had people lined up in a row like a heard of cows. I explained I just want to drop my car off and come back and they told me I had to wait in line to drop your car off even when there customers who hadn't paid in the line up. I can't believe the customers who didn't pay didn't leave after they yelled at the line 3 times cause they have no parking at there ghetto shop.

Once I dropped my car off I know for a fact there were maybe 7 people in front of me. Being reasonable I thought by 430pm in the afternoon they would have my car done. 4 rims on tires should be at most an hour. They had multiple staff there working on different cars. I called 4 times asking the status of my car. They mentioned my car was in the bay and would be done. When I went at 630 in the evening to my surprise my car was in the exact same location and had not even been looked at. I approached the manager and he looked at me like damn I forgot about your car.

At least they did my car but being thiefs they decided they would try to keep my steel rims that my original tires where on, acting as if they would do me a favour and discard them. Anyone with common sense knows they would resell them. Since they were only used for one season. I had to go there and demand my rims and some decals they promised me be given to me. They finally gave me the rims back.

My suggestion do not even think about aurora tire and go to a real shop that cares about its customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Woulld love to hear what the owner or manager has to say or how they will explain the horrible experience, poor customer service and how they can justify yelling at customers.

DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TIRES HERE. 0 STARS! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This experience was completely disrespectful and disheartening for a new car owner and student looking to have more affordable expenses. I walked in today with all correct information regarding tires needed for my vehicle.I also ensured to call the night before their store closed to ensure the tire and rim were both in stock for my car in order for me to drive in from Waterloo the next day for when they open. That means a 3 hour trip to get winter tires from Aurora for a student like me. I proceeded to turn into the parking lot where I was screamed at from a shop employee telling me to move my car disrespectfully. I moved it right away. I totally understand that it is November and all humans need their tires changed, which is the exact reason these employees need to take a breather and act with kindness and respect, especially to a 22 year old young Woman. As I walked inside and waited 25 minutes to speak with someone, the highly disrespectful and clearly bothered and miserable man, (photo below), proceeded to explain to me that my tires I am asking for are not in stock - and I proceeded to explain the above situation and the fact that I called before closing with the exact tires in stock (and rims). He proceeded to tell me they were unavailable and to leave or come back, completely disregarding the idea that I may have had a difficult morning as well - does not mean I am disrespectful to others. The man speaking with me actually ripped up my paper he was writing on and told me to leave and that he will not deal with me - I was only standing there asking details about my tires. He walked away from me so I was put with another employee. After asking another employee about the tires, he proceeded to tell me they were in stock. I was in a complete shock as to how disrespectful these individuals were, for a business I had confidence in, as my dad did too. My dad did explain to me that the individuals there are impatient and can treat you with undeserving presence. Long story short, I had to leave the place without getting my tires on after driving as a student for many hours to get there - wasting gas money and my time. Another strong factor that I did not appreciate was the fact that there were still around 15 car tires to be changed from the night before. Thus meaning that even if I was the first person there at 8am in the morning, I would have to wait many hours for my car to be changed as they did not finish the days work from earlier. This was a horrible experience and a complete waste of my time, and I would highly recommend to get your tires changed at a place such as Kal Tire, a place who will price match this price and a place with great customer service who will treat all humans with respect, no matter how many cars or how early in the day it may be. Change your ways, Aurora Tire, you truly know how to treat your customers poorly and get bad reviews! DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TIRES WITH AURORA TIRE! 0 STARS

We have been satisfied customers for many years. We depend on Adrian and Adam and the rest of the staff to service our cars professionally. We trust that our cars will be safe and will perform correctly. We find the staff to be pleasant, and thorough in their assessment of our needs and when we need advice relating to automobiles they are always willing to take the time with us. We have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

I went to this place about 3 months ago and spoke with the guy at the counter.I asked if they had rims for my car he looked threw a book ask what i liked,i showed him he then said let me get your number i will call you in a few hours with prices.Well three months had past and no call.I then returned last week as i need rims asap because winters are still on.Iam local and always want to support my town so i gave him one more shot.This time i had name and model of the rims i wanted.This was about 3 hours before closing so he had lots of time once again,he took my number down and guess what its been almost a week and no call back this is what makes people go else where.It is his loss i got my rims from pmc wheels in montreal.My rims were ship on fri and will have them by wed,All he had to do was call me back and he would of had all my business for my 4 cars.It is sad that Aurora will loose alot of business.Please dont complain that we need to shop local then get this treatment.I would not recommand this place.

It would be impossible to find a better place for tires in the York region. Called in advance for a quote, identified myself and mentioned the quote when I arrived, had a nice coffee and was on my way in less than half an hour. This is a busy time for them but the friendliness and professionalism I was met with was amazing considering it was a zoo in there. People were in and out in a timely manner and never once did they staff even look frazzled. I'm now taking my mother there later this week. I should also add that the pricing was very competitive. I am satisfied!
