Honestly I have my split emotions about the place. I love i mean LOVE Asics products. I never leave the starting line without my Asics shoes, shit and shorts but i find the staff do lack some knowledge about thier products. Honestly some better training programs or find people that live to use the products to represent the name the reason my trips to the store is hassle free is because I know the products and what will and will not work for me. Asics is an amazing company I hope my review helps.
Very disappointed that I went into the store, tried in a size 10, the customer service rep recommended a 10.5. He went into the back room and brought out a new pair of shoes saying they are 10.5. I tried them on and walked a little and they felt bigger than the 10. Came home and tried them at the gym and they felt too big. Looked at the size and they are size 11. I called the store and there is nothing they will do unless I drive 2 hours to exchange them. In my opinion this is very poor customer service.
Very disappointed of their customer service. Got a pair of tights that looked nice and fit well in the change room, but they had a seam that did NOT expand during training (literally cut the skin on my calf), so went back to tell them only to find out I could not get a return but only an exchange for their defective item!! Their clothes fit a different shape of body than mine so very few items actually fit me. So upset w such a waste of money. Got a second pair because I just don't have the time to try on every single item there. Don't like their shoes either, so it's a waste of money!!
Horrible experience here. The staff is incompetent and not client-focused at all. A resl shame that such a large company wouldn't stand behind their product even though their corporate statement states that they produce "high quality, technically innovative products for the serious athlete" and that they're committed "to develop products that meet our customers highest standard". Empty promises
