  This is a review from August 23 2017. The reason for the late review is because of the wait for parts(slow boat from China and all that). I brought my Trek Mamba(29”) in for servicing for a few issues; true my rear wheel, inspect my bottom bracket and service my brakes.
  They trued my wheel fine but not so much on the other issues. My complaint with my bottom bracket was that I was hearing a metal ping when engaging with my petals. The issue with my rear brakes was that it was mushy and didn’t have the proper stopping ability.
  When I picked up my bicycle, I was assured that all of my issues were looked at and all was fine. Well, aside from my wheel being trued, they didn’t touch anything else, in other words, they lied to me.
  Once my bleed kit and brake pads came in. I went to work on my bicycle. As the pictures show, my bottom bracket was never serviced, ever. My brake pads were worn down to the metal. With my bottom bracket cleaned and reinstalled and my brake pads replaced with new ones, all of my issues went away.
  I am greatly disappointed with A bikes. I have purchased two bicycles from them and various other items as well but never again. They have lost a customer.

  Bad customer service, rude. They don't know how to PDI a bike properly. Look else where.

  My wife and I recently purchased a couple of Trek bikes, for her the verve 2, and I have the FX2. Hanah who we dealt with was always professional and pleasant to deal with. We received 20% off all accessories as well. We purchased A Hollywood rack for our car as well. Rob was very helpful and built the rack and then took the time to show us how to put it on the car and secure our bikes. I would definitely recommend this place.

  i would never ever recommend this store to anyone. the worst customer service. needed some parts for my bike they wanted me to bring it in i told them i could fix it my self, all i need was the tool to take the part of he told me they didn't have the part in stock and plus it cost way too much i should just let him fix my bike. i told him no i want to fix it my self so i would just order the tool online after that, he miraculously had it in stock and it was under 20 bucks. what a joke

  Fantastic shop. For race/professional level bikes. I would definitely recommend. Glad they carry so many brands. Customer service is very good.
