Rob and his team at Alpha are the place to go if you're looking for a fireplace. They have a wealth of knowledge and are honest, reliable and easy to work with. Rob went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We had originally ordered a fireplace from him, but our contractor didn't build the fireplace frame correctly, and we had to cancel the order. Rob was awesome, and helped us find something else that worked. The install was smooth and meticulous. We even had a say in how we wanted the logs to be placed. We are thrilled with our purchase, and our fireplace is definitely a piece that complements our home. We highly recommend Alpha. Thank you for a job well done!

During our home renovations there have been many trying times but Rob did an amazing job providing countless advice and insights into our fireplace decision, including tons of considerations that we would never have thought of. Our gas fireplace is over 20 years old. It has been temperamental since the time we moved in. Al was our service guy. He serviced the fireplace, installed a new switch, re-arranged the "logs" and added attractive embers. Not only does the fire now actually look like a fire, it works consistently, heats better, and with all the wind storms we have had this winter, the pilot light has been blown out only once. And it was no effort to get it going again. We are SO impressed! Thanks Al!

We have used Alpha for installing a new furnace, heat pump, gas heater in a garage, a new gas fireplace and all our yearly maintenance checks. Recently we had a HRV (heat recovery ventilation) unit installed by James and Al. They did a super job and it is working well. Rob is knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Good company to deal with in my opinion.

I do not recommend this company. I called them on a service call for my gas fireplace which needs a new gas valve . The serviceman tore my fireplace apart and then told me it would cost $5500 to repair it. He was about to leave it torn apart on my floor. When I complained , he threw the parts back in the firebox like he was angry . He billed me $150 for providing an outrageous repair estimate . I can hardly believe I paid him, but I wanted him out !!
