I am yet to walk away satisfied with the work preformed on my boats and or engines. I am always charged a hefty price and maybe 50% of the time the problem is solved. This last time I paid over $1000 to fix a power problem on a two stoke engine plus a prop and the problem was. It solved. I called about it and they said to bring it in so they can "try" to figure it out. It always seems to be trial and error with these guys. The sales staff and product they sell is great and that unfortunately is why I deal with them but the mechanics and service depart drop the ball everytime I bring my boat or engines in for service. Too bad cause Greg is a good man, just wish he'd step up his service game and stop gauging his clients!

Blair and Ali are hands down the easiest to deal with in the industry. We purchased a Roswell Tower and had the Folks at Alberta Marine install it and I have nothing but the best to say about the craftsmanship and customer service.

We dropped our boat off and they had the work done and ready for pick up when promised. Not only was the work perfect but they went as far as to shine up the boat, trailer and tires.

Since then Alberta Marine is our First and Only Choice. We have purchased multiple wake boards, tower mirrow etc. With nothing but the finest customer service.

I highly reccomend Alberta Marine for anyone shopping for New Used or Accessories. Do not hesitate give Blair or Ali a call today.

We have gone here for a number of years to have our boat winterized. Each time we have been told we need to replace various parts or have certain services done. Assuming AB Marine is professional and above board we have always given the go ahead. This year however they told us we MUST replace our impeller - even though we had just replaced it in July, interesting. We are in the process of replacing the bilge pump on our boat and they told us we need a $120 part to do it. We phoned around and found the same part for a 1/3 of the cost. in replacing the bilge pump we had to take out the impeller - guess what? It's like new. When we called AB Marine about the pump price as well as the impeller that DOES NOT need replacing they argued with us and denied any wrong doing. When we took out boat here to be winterized this year it sat in their lot for 4 weeks before they even looked at it - when we questioned them they admitted it really only takes a few hours. So why 4 weeks? We will NEVER take our boat here again for ANYTHING. They are unethical, dishonest and frankly their prices are much higher than what we can get in Calgary. I would not and will not recommend them to service your boat.

Had a 25 HP Mercury outboard which required an extension kit. Despite numerous errors on behalf of Mercury Marine, the good folks at Alberta Marine did their best to assist me. Josh met me after hours and kept me informed throughout the process. He even special delivered parts to my house in Calgary! Although Mercury Marine was unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, Alberta Marine handled the matter in a polite and professional manner. Sometimes mistakes happen, what is crucial is how one responds. Thumbs up to Alberta Marine, thumbs down to Mercury Marine. I will gladly continue to do business with Alberta Marine due to their great service, just not for Mercury products.

In looking to buy a boat and once I called here the service the friendly way that on the phone was outstanding. Needed more info and they were there to give. I bought the boat unseen by email and Internet site.
I can say it was outstanding nothing hidden when I drove down to get boat it was even better
