I've been dealing with Glen and his staff for well over 10 years. Between our contracting company and our farm operations we have had need for a variety of trailers. We own Load Max gooseneck dump and gooseneck carhaulers. We have an 18' TNT cargo trailer along with a 14' Loadtrail atv/equipment hauler.

We also have a Loadtrail bumper pull dump trailer that is just a joy to tow for small loads in tight situations.

Loadtrail builds a solid, reliable, good looking and well engineered product that has provided us with many years of trouble free, safe towing

4C's Direct prices have always competitive and their after sales service has been second to none.

The service staff are very knowledgeable and offer many unique solutions to make our towing experience as safe and reliable as possible.

The service facility is huge and well kept. The staff in the shop really do a great job and have taken the time to come up with really innovative solutions and custom designed our trailers to work for us.

They are also our service department of choice for repair and maintenance work on our travel trailers and 5th wheels.

I would not hesitate to recommend 4C's Direct to anyone looking for a quality built trailer and ongoing aftersales service.

do you use this company if you want something to last and want to have service.. they will not repair anything and will pass the buck onto manufacture which is in the states if you feel like driving 8 hours for repairs have at it recommend not using them whatsoever. if you want to know more details feel free to contact me. but i have learned my lesson.. do not buy from dealers who purchase american products that are not set up for canadian climates photos of my 1 year old trailer which they will not fix. is this acceptable???? i do have emails to back up my statements.
