We purchased a 2017 Tundra. Our sales person was Chris Turner, and I couldn't say enough good things about him. In 30 years of purchasing vehicles he is the first sales person who did not make you feel like he was done with you as soon as he had made the deal. He highlighted all of the important parts of the owners manual and took the time to go over all the features of our new truck before we left the lot.

We left the dealership feeling we had been treated fairly and happy with the deal they gave us. They did not spend hours playing around, they gave us their best price quickly and gave us a good price for our trade.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new Toyota or one of their good used vehicles. At dealing with Chris Turner will only make the experience great!

Great vehicles and great service. My family has purchased two vehicles from Alberni Toyota - my mother purchased one in 2008 and I purchased one in 2011. Years later, both vehicles are still very reliable and are running great. Neither has required anything other than routine maintenance.

Recently, we encountered an issue with an extended warranty insurance we had purchased along with one of the vehicles. We contacted the dealership and explained the difficulties we were having with the warranty provider, they listened and the general manager himself stepped in to help us resolve the issue. We appreciated being well taken care of by the dealership as well as by our vehicles. They have our recommendation!

Dishonest sales staff, poor customer service. Bought a new Toyota Corolla in 2012. I asked to get it undercoated and to please do a good job as this vehicle will be travelling up north where there is lots of salt on the roads. The day after I got it home I checked the undercoating and was surprised to find out there were spots missing underneath. I called and talked to Darren, he told me that their installer has 30+ years experience and that wasn't possible it was probably just plastic parts that weren't supposed to be covered. Brought it down to Nanaimo Toyota, they got it up on the car hoist and sure enough there was an imprint where Alberni's installer didn't bother to move the hoist when he was spraying. This was even after I asked them to do a good job! Had to drive it back to Port Alberni to get them to redo it.
