  Bought a programmable padlock. Followed all the directions to set the new code. Had issues opening it. Brought it back, they were able to open it in seconds. We then determined it was probably a faulty lock. They replaced it. No problems now. Great service.

  I had picked up a work van with a cheap aftermarket key cylinder in it and needed to rekey it to match the old worn door key. The fella at aegis not only got this rekeyed for me but managed to nail the cut(from an old worn key with too many templates to choose). He walked me through the reprogram of the new key and it works like a charm. Highly recommend if you have a need for Mobil rekeying or auto key issues, the man's experience shows. Thanks again!

  During the holidays in December, 2022, I needed a key cut, and many places were closing early. I called them and told them my situation. They decided to stay for me, allowing me transportation time to get to them. But not only that, the shop manager was even more kind to offer me a ride all the way back to my residence. I was grateful for such kindness. Regrettably this is a late feedback review. I felt bad for not properly thanking them again for the high courtesy they gave me that evening. The name of the person who stayed and gave me the ride back escapes my memory. He had a bit of grey hair and goes on alot of trips to the US. We were talking about Mexico flight problem for Canadians trying to get back or something. That's pretty much what I remember. If you need keys cut, please get it done by them. They are very good at what they do and courteous.

  Picked up the phone promptly, were super nice and friendly, sent out a very polite and understanding serviceperson after calling first to make sure I was home, and solved my problem in like I would say less than ten minutes. Absolutely sterling service.

  I needed two keys reprogrammed for my Honda Pilot. They quoted me $90 including new blanks and cutting new keys.
  
  However, I didn't need new keys so they were able to reprogram my old keys in less than 20 minutes and charged me only $65.
  
  In comparison,the Honda dealership had quoted $180, which would have been twice the price of the $90 originally quoted by Aegis and almost three times the $65 I was actually charged by Aegis!
  
  Fast and honest service by Aegis!
