We are very satisfied with the deep clean provided by Eh! Maids. As a first-time customer, we felt the level of communicate was appropriate on what to expect, the job did not feel rushed, the condo was cleaned well, and most importantly, it was a painless experience. So, thank you!

A young cleaner Angel came for the job. Though she was relatively slow in her job But completed with great customer satisfaction.
Will love to her services again in future requirements.
A Great Home Cleaning Services company, Reliable and Genuine Price too. Lia the Service Coordinator was Great, monitoring the job in between, very well.

Warning: this service really didn't clean my place. It was our first time and we're quite disappointed. Here's a list of misses:
- Floors not swept.
- The second room totally missed (not cleaned at all).
- The cleaner they used smelled toxic and lingered in the house for 2 days after.
- I paid extra for sheet change (fresh sheets left on dresser). But when I got home the bed wasn't even made, let alone actually changed.
Called to complain and the guy who answered said the cleaner "didn't see the sheets" (when we had clearly left them out, and we specified with a note on the appointment notes), then he hung up on my partner.
They only offered a $20 refund for the miss on the sheet change.
- The cleaner drove away with the house keys and the dog sitter couldn't get back in the house.
The positives were:
- Cleaned the outside of the fridge, looked nice.
Too little too late, we won't be using this service again.response / report this review
