  We had been there for the check up and needed glasses for my husband and my son (7YO).
  
  Well, I thought that they were doing good at the check-up but as soon as we went to another optometrist and also anopthalmologist for second opinion and soon realized that ADVANCE EYE CARE CENTER focusses only on upselling. The reason we have decided that we won't go there anymore nor we will recommend to anyone is because that they always want to upsell, even if it's not required. That means they don't show you the exact picture.
  
  For my husband, he went there for routine check-up to which they clearly said that your eyes are perfect and it's healthy. But still they wanted him to get an eye ultrasound done which wasn't even required if the eyes are healthy.
  
  For my son, I needed a detailed prescription like PD for his glasses( and we had got his eye test done as required by them) just to get an estimate from our insurance and also to compare. However, they simply denied DETAILED prescription, and also said if we need PD they will charge extra for that.
  
  Wherein, we had done the same procedure in two different places and they immediately helped up with whatever details we wanted.
  
  Therefore, definately not going back.
  
  To add to this, we had accepted their suggestion and booked for my son's vision therapy(cost $300) there (which I have cancelled now), as per the opthalmologist ( well known eye surgeon) with his scenario it's not applicable.
  
  So basically they not only lost $300 for few extra bucks, but a genuine and regular customer as well.

  Dr. Sean Reimer saw me today on very short notice. We both washed our hands before the examination and everything was cleaned before I got there. He was very thorough in his eye examination and explained everything he was doing. This is my second time there and I will keep going back.

  The friendly reception begins before the actual appointment.
  -first is the initial phone call - pleasant conversation and great assistance
  -then arrival at office - friendly welcoming faces behind the desk
  -waiting room - feeling important and cared for by the simple gesture of a glass of water offered
  -Seeing the physician who is -Upbeat, knowledgable, willing to listen, and a good sport as small talk.
  -leaving the office with a sense that I mattered and "all is good"..

  What a wonderful place! Great doctors, great staff! They took such great care of my husband when he had a scratch on his cornea, & when I had my comprehensive eye exam I was so impressed with the time he took to truly explain my eyes! Amazing group. 😊 Thank you.
