Purchasing a used excavator through ConTrac was one of the best purchase experiences I ever had. Concerned over not being able to visit (COVID) and being thousands of kms away in Ontario, I was reassured by Travis McGuire (sales) that he and the firm would look out for my interests - and they did so 100% I was so pleasedI almost bought a second piece of equipment! Shop foreman, Tristin Sargent thoroughly checked the machine, replaced any damaged or worn parts, provided a complete summary/printout of all specifics and specs and in my opinion went beyond the call of duty. I am not a contractor and bought the machine for personal use on my farm. They arranged transport to Ontariohandled everything from start to finish. I could not be happier and would recommend ConTrac and their team to anyone in search of high quality/well maintained heavy equipment. 10 out of 10! Michael Prittie, Carp Ontario.
