  We were looking for a house in Niagara Region to rent, as one of our daughter has got Admission in Brock University. So we contacted lot of property agents and didn't get
  Satisfied regarding service and showing until we came across Adam Krawec from Revel. A nice, hardworking young man. Everyday he sent us the the listing and very decent houses In few days he found for us a decent home and we are moving in. GREAT, THANKS ADAM!

  Adam was great and showed his dedication from day one. I told him what our price range was and he hooked us up with a program that gave us frequent updates of new houses on the market in the areas that we were looking. He always showed up on time and while walking through the houses he would take his time and teach and answer any questions. We felt comfortable while shopping with Adam even in the houses we didn't like. Eventually we found a house that we are happy in and Adam still to this day has been keeping in touch.

  Contacted Adam about leasing a home. He quickly put together several homes that.met our needs and the next day he showed the homes and we signed a lease. Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly,polite and patient with us baby boomers. We would have no hesitation in contacting him again to sell, buy or rent

  Adam was an A+ realtor. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the whole process (lawyers, mortgages, property taxes, home insurance, home inspections etc.) and he was able to answer ALL of them (or direct us to someone who could) even though it was outside of the scope of 'finding us a house'. He was super responsive through text, call, and email, and was always on time for our showings/home visits even when we went to 4 different cities in the Niagara region in one day. He suggested properties for us which fit our budget/location, and was receptive when we said we wanted to visit specific properties. Adam is a realtor who cares about his clients and not just making the sale. Overall, he made the whole home buying process easy and enjoyable and made us feel confident in our purchase. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
