  Accent Cruises caused serious damage to my boat.
  
  One of Accent Cruises boats (Elequent Vancouver) crashed into our small boat during the fireworks and they just took off. The RCMP called it a hit and run. There are many witnesses, a police report, and Transport Canada ruling against them.
  
  They did serious damage to my boat and the people on board were shaken up.
  
  Since the incident, Accent Cruises has chosen to ignore all communication and not pay the damages.
  
  We took them to court and they didn't show up or respond, which resulted in a default judgment. After more than a year since the incident they still owe for the damages.
  
  This a completely dishonest and shady company. They also operate under a false name that is not registered with the Corporate Registry of BC. The real name of the company, for those looking to pursue legal action is "Vancouver Champagne Cruises". Our lawyers had to dig that up. They do this to hide from the other lawsuits they have against them.
  
  In any case. Do what you wish with this information. In my opinion they are crooks!

  We went to celebrate 3 momentous occasions. It was very organized. Staff was delightful & friendly.
  The food was delicious and plentiful.
  We had a wonderful cruise to remember and recommend.
  Plus you can never get enough of the stunning views.

  We took the valentine Cruise last night. It was worse ever. We payed $160 for 2 ppl. There was 1 server. And she was basicly running around serving 60 ppl. No water served. Wld nt pick dirty plates or glasses. And most of all so called buffet was awful. Thy were serving food. Wld give 3 inch piece of chicken breast 2 mini potatoes tinny bit carrots and few slices of bread. There was no coffee left. Seconds there was no potatoes or carrots or breads. When serving I asked the staff to put more Meat. She said.not until seconds. Had a choice of salmon it chicken breast. It was cooked awful. There was no music no dancing . Awful. Awful experience total ripoff.

  Feb 14, 2016 Valentine's Day dinner was on accent cruise dinner for three hours, by the way we had a group of for two couples.
  We pain $155 per couple, the cruise dinner was a flop I would for the first time rate it -0.5 y the negative, the cruise had about 50 guest. The dinner advertised as a buffet was would u like dry roasted chicken or dry baked chum salmon? Sides of 3 potatoes or boiled carrots notice the OR. While we were in line for dinner the ladies serving the potatoes or carrots ur choice by the way were commenting on how a guest was takeing 5 pcs of bread ( cheap slices of French bread with a plate of butter for guest to use. I told the women that it's a buffet n if the guest is taking bread u shouldn't b saying anything n with the portions being so small people were gona take bread. Everyone was asked to go take food once n even though the crew was serving food like they would in presion it still ran out. People went for second n were greated to help ur self to the buffet with no food left to take.
  The cruise lasted for 2.5 hours n it was so boring. The guest were upset that there was not enough food, the service was also offel.
  So how was the evening, boring the two n half hours felt like forever. Guest were bored sitting on table with no activity. There was music that was turned on n then turned off every few min. Guest started asking the crew when it would be over. There was a poetry contest n the host was unable to read English n did a horrible job trying to read the poetry the guest had written. Once the boat which was old n rusted the M.V. Burrard Queen ( the washrooms were something you would expect in a third world country with sinks that had no ruining water.
  All in all feb 14, 2016 was a disaster n I though taking my wife for a dinner cruise was going to be a good idea. 21 years living in Vancouver I have never witness such horrible service. It was so bad that it actually made it funny; accent cruise does not deserve to be in busines ripping of vancouverites. If you don't believe me try it for yourself.

  Food was the only normal part of the cruise.
  
  Our boat was the oldest of the fleet and was showing its age. There was no time during the night where I could pick up a cup from the clean pile without seeing stains and grease. Tables were small and flimsy, where a light bump would send cups wobbling violently. Markup on items such as wine was 5x retail, and the main event featured a completely in-the-dark cruise where you could see nothing.
  
  The organization is run without respect and apparent care for the return of its customers; horrendous experience that no one should have to endure. Would be hard pressed to say anything good about Accent Cruises.

  Jim & the Manager of the office (sorry name slipped my mind), go way beyond the norm. in their commitment to customer service! Pleasantly surprised, and happy customer. Highly recommend! Way to go, Bravo. And thanks.
