The best travel agent in Vancouver works between this Flight Center and the Main Street Flight Center. Krista has helped us book several trips and her responsiveness, knowledge and amazing attitude has made it such a pleasure to work with her time and time again.

We needed to book an overseas move recently and her skill and patience helped us navigate the trickiness of booking travel during the pandemic. She really is the best!

Hello,

The store manager Andrew Stafford was amazing to deal with.

Andrew contacted me regarding cancelling my July trip to Las Vegas because of the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Andrew let me know my rights and how and when to cancel my trip for a full credit. Actually Andrew called West Jet for me and cancelled my trip.

I will continue booking my trips at Flight Centre after Andrew did such a great job.

I booked with Kelly and she was absolutely wonderful from start to finish, as were the other agents any time I called the office. Kelly was very helpful and friendly and all the advice she provided was solid. I would highly recommend this location for travel planning as you will be well looked after.

Yossico is an amazing travel agent. So was so helpful finding all the best flights and rates for us. She spent a great deal of time on the phone with the various airlines to ensure advance seat selection as requested. Random price change and flight times.

I booked flights for myself out of Vancouver and my two friends out of Winnipeg to Las Vegas. The original price quoted was $1500 (+tax and insurance) and we would all arrive at the same time. While sitting in the office the price jumped $500 when it came time to pay. I swallowed the extra $500, finished the booking and signed the itinerary. At this point I was informed that the flight tickets are still refundable but the hotel booking is locked in.
When I arrived home, I received a phone call from Flight Center informing me that prices have gone up again and that if I still wanted my friends to catch the same flight it would be an additional $900 or I could change their flight to arrive 7 hours later.
Being in a spot that the hotel was already booked I don’t feel as though I had much of a choice of cancelling, and completed the transaction with the postponed flight time.
Needless to say, I am unimpressed with both the final price ($2347.80) and my friends arrival times (8:00 P.M.)

I’m just going to book myself from now on.

Courtney is one of the best travel agents I've ever used. She was very friendly and took the time to research and explain all of my flight options, considering layovers and the quality of airports connections ran through. She also looked for deals that google flights did not pick up and ended up saving me money. Would definitely use her again and would recommend Courtney to anyone.
