I am so very impressed with our pool this year and the Lifeguards who have maintained it! The lifeguards were there everyday working hard to clean the pool and deck so it was ready when it opened. They were very professional and supervised the kids very closely and also interacted with them! I am so thankful management hired a great company this year for the pool and they were very prepared and implemented safety procotions for all of us to enjoy safely!

Good location, poorly maintained building, there are infestations every season (roaches, ants, flies). The underground parking roof is always caving in and leaking, the windows in the units leak profusely when it rains. In the month of October there were a ton of water issues, meaning no/limited warm and hot water for 2 weeks. The units look very old and run down, you would think they would upgrade when the price of rent. Recently moved out would not recommend.

This building use to be a good one when the were owned by Vertica.
Ever since they have changed owners it has gone downhill! To sum it up THE BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!! And when you email them and show them where the cockroaches are coming from on your floor they turn it around and say it you!!! They don't fix the issues they just raising the rent!
