Staff was exceptional. Our cab broke down on the way to the airport at 5:30 a.m. Owner picked us up on the road side and got us to airport. They made us sandwiches for our early flight. Delicious!!!

Pretty basic, but with very friendly service. Good for a stopover in the city on the way somewhere else. Conveniently close to the tourist-friendly Belamari restaurant on the waterfront.

I didn't stay here. My daughter did and said it was nice. Walking distance to Belamari.

On Oasis in a poor city. Maybe the best near airport. Recommend.

I would not suggest staying in Belize City, but if you do, this is a wonderful choice! The neighborhood seems sketchy (as all in Belize City are from what I've heard) but Villa Boscardi itself is great. Francoise, the owner is so wonderful, interesting and helpful. Our room was small, but clean, comfortable and had a view of the ocean (and of the Belizean Prime Ministers house, which is adjacent to the property.) There is a hot tub on the property which we also took advantage of!The breakfast is wonderful and the portions are large. There is a great restaurant a block away that's perfect for dinner on the water.

Once you get past the fact that Belize city is definitely not a resort city you will appreciate the stay in the villa. The staff were great and very accommodating, the breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. It's in a residential neighborhood that might scare some people but we had no issues walking around to the grocery store and the restaurants. The staff arranged our very last minute tour to the ruins since the weather forecast was rain during our whole time there but surprisingly and thankfully it only rained one night, so to be able to get a tour arranged within 30 mins was awesome. It's location is also close to the water taxi to go to the cayes and 20 mins from the airport. I will definitely stay here again on return visit to Belize.

This place is not worth $120/night. The pictures make this look much more charming than it actually is. The old slat windows in the room are open to the mosquitos bugs and outside air and the air-conditioning was not strong enough to cool the room . I could hear almost everyone's conversations from my bed and I'm sure they could hear ours. We also had construction workers outside our window which was directly against the head of the bed. The towels looked like old rags with stains and the sheets were not far off. (They were clean though). There was a hot tub directly outside our window too so we got to enjoy that from the head of our pillows too. Not a terrible one night stay, but definitely not worth $120. This is exactly what you would expect for a $35-45 room. Also expect to pay $25USD for a taxi to the airport. I'll post a video of the noise and the room to give a better idea of what you can expect. This place has good reviews but it's one of the few times the reviews have let me down.

Great place with a friendly owner. Location was good. I was nervous about staying in Belize City with everything we heard, but this place was a perfect stop between the airport and getting on the water taxi. Highly recommend it and my husband and I took our 2 year old and 12 year old and they enjoyed looking at all the lizards in the courtyard. We walked about 8 minutes down to a park with the colorful Belize sign for pics. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A nice, safe B&B in Belize. Very clean. They are doing a lot to update and maintain the Villa. It's great that the Belamari (Italian seafood) restaurant is half a block away on the water. The owner like to decorate and it shows.
