So far, in my travels, this has been the best place for a paradise vacation! The staff are amazing, the rooms are great! Worth the trip and I can't wait to come back!

Clean place, good location. The view of the water was a little obstructed by a lot of trees. The staff is great. The handle broke on my husband's suitcase because it was old and the maintenance guy worked hard to fix it.

Though the pictures online make it look bigger than it is, I was very pleased with our stay here! The staff is helpful and friendly and our room was absolutely pristine. I felt safe and loved the location. The hotel is walking distance from plenty of shops, restaurants, and dive shops (which will also pick you up from the dock outside of the hotel). This hotel is in a quieter area than their sister property. That was perfect for us, but if you want something with a little more action, check out the Sunbreeze Hotel. It's beautiful!!! We almost wished we'd stayed there, but the suites are nice and quiet. Both restaurants are excellent!

Large suite with full kitchen, including coffee, tea, appliances, flatware, pots and pans. Nice balcony overlooking the pool out to the ocean, but not an unobstructed view of the sea unless you get room 201, 206, 207, 301, 306, 307 based on the Pam of the building.

Our suite has two twin beds that we find small and not particularly comfortable and the furniture in the living room is no better for comfort. However, everything is really clean.

With one exception, the staff has been great. We had arranged a pick up from the airport when our flight got in at 1:50pm and at 2:20pm they were not there so we got a cab back to the hotel. We had tried to call from the phone of one of the airport attendants and the line was busy. We arrived at 2:25pm. We emailed our travel planner and she contacted the hotel and they said they called at 2:00 and were told the flight had just landed and that he was on the way out the door to get us when we arrived. The biggest problem I have with this is that we actually landed at 1:55 and stood around for 30 minutes waiting on someone who didn't come to get us when they heard we had landed. The hotel is 5 minutes away. We were told that because transport is on $5 round trip to the airport that if they refunded us we would have to get a cab to the airport. $10 is not a lot of money to argue over (that's the additional money we spent to get to the hotel), but the staff acting like it is normal to wait 25 minutes after you heard a flight landed to go pick someone up who is on a 15 passenger plane (small local airport with all planes this size) sounds a lot like the staff forgetting and not just owning up to it. Everyone makes mistakes, so the mistake itself is not a big thing or an expensive thibgs, but acting like we did something wrong by not continuing to wait on them when we had no idea if they were coming after 30 minutes of waiting is just bad customer service. Every other transport we have had in Belize has been on time.

    Price is decent.
