Convienent location across the road from Tropic Air. Nice grounds with comfortable outdoor seating and a good sized pool. Popular spacious beach front restaurant onsite - Blue Water Grill. Be sure and pop upstairs to their second story lookout for a great aerial picture of hotel and pool area and the Caribbean Sea.

Great location in town! Right by airport but not noisy. Clean room and facilities. Not a swim beach but the pool is nice. The dive shop was on site and booked both snorkeling tours for me. The restaurant is more pricey and higher end than other places but the food was good!! I would reccomend this hotel to anyone interested in staying in San Pedro.

Location is convenient to many restaurants, bars, excursions, etc. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Dated but what was to be expected in a country such as Belize. Staff was great, very helpful. No 'beach' but a great little area to relax in hammocks, good pool area.

No vacancy but not crowded, laid back, great food all over San Pedro, very reasonable, golf car is the main transportation, great local flavor, English is the language, get here!!

Great location! A 5 min walk from center square and ferries. Secure and safe. Good employees a call away. Not a five star establishment but just great for locale.

Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable. I wish they had loaner bicycles for guests, but those can be rented nearby.

Fantastic venue. Nice rooms, super friendly and responsive staff, way better food than I was expecting, just an all-around great experience and our dive shop was pretty much right on their property. Highly recommend.

It was a great choice even for a business trip with its spacious desk area, outside porch and sizable bathroom area.

It was a great treat to have a swimming pool nearby too to relax and balance work!

Facilities were nice. Staff was friendly. On-site scuba shop was convenient.
However, it's not worthy it to pay extra bucks to stay on second or third floor because rooms don't have a view. All windows are facing a corridor, and curtains have to be kept down the whole time for privacy.

Nice place to relax, it is right across the street from tropic air airport. Go through the main entrance and you'll have water front within a few hundred feet :)

Stayed there for 4 days. The people were warm, friendly and always happy to assist with directions, bookings, towelseverything. The location was perfect for walks in town. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic. We ate the every night because it was so good from seafood to salads you can't beat it. I suggest you use the snorkeling people to the left of the hotel, Searious. They were great and every knowledge about the all the sea life.

The Sunbreeze is an older hotel in the center of town. Located just across the street from the Tropic Air terminal. The rooms are comfortable and the staff keeps them very clean. Beds are great. The onsite restaurant, Blue Water, is one of the better places to eat. A good location if you want to be in the center of things. However, if you are looking for a relaxed, laid-back ambiance you should look for a location out of town.

Beautiful! I loved staying here so much. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location could not have been better. We were right in the middle of things on the island most within walking distance! The room was set up nice and I felt very safe the whole time.

Excellent place to stay with wonderful staff. I wish we could've stayed longer.. Located right on the main strip on the beach.

Would also like to note that there were some discrepancies with one of the rooms in our group that the hotel was cooperative with and worked to resolve, despite some heated feelings
