Lovely rooms, great food, lots to keep you going from tours, casino, movie theater, pool, etc.

Awful. The whole place is run down. I have been using their gym for the last 4 months and the equipment is old, rusty, and broken. One treadmill works. For the past 3 days they have been out of water and I have asked three times on three separate occasions to kindly change the water and nobody has been able to do so.

The room is comfortable and has a good design (for me at least). But the air conditioner makes too much noise. But with a pretty view to the sea, something can be forgiven.

It was such a great place, since the moment you're checking in they are so polite and friendly also they provide with a welcome drink! Its a centric place, fancy, rooms are big and clean. Food was great. The pool is big. You're able to watch movies too. In love with it!

Two stars because the rooms were good. They don't get more because the phones and wifi don't work. The airport shuttle is a "fee shuttle" not a free shuttle, very misleading, and it doesn't work anyway. Also the ceiling in some parts of the hotel is falling apart. Food is mediocre at best.

Rooms are pretty spacious and fair enough for a comfortable stay. I love the complimentary drinks at the bar and the area is open for a wide variety of entertainment such as, fishing, casino, restaurants and walk strolls.

There is a Arcade in hotel, they allow groups of kids ages 6 to17 to come in and play. Apprpximately 40 kids were yelling, screaming, running, very loud and being unruley. Disrupted many guests sitting in lobby. Also i was put in a room that had a phone from the 80 s, and it didnt work. The receptionist said she forgot to tell me this!

NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!! I can't stress that enough. There is no wifi. The food sucks. There is a nasty must in the whole hotel because the bottom is submerged in water. The gym is a weird concrete room with like three pieces of equipment. The AC drips in the dining room going onto your table and food. I mean if u like a negative five hotel then this is the one. Word of advice stay AWAY!!!!! 😡

Best hotel around. Its good for short staying. Casino and nice pool. Refrigerator in each room. No coffee in the rooms. Rooms condition is not so good.

This was the worst, smelliest, filthiest and outdated hotel I have EVER stayed at in my life. Do yourself a favor.do not book this hotel. We had booked a second night and because of the mold in our room could not stay. We asked for a refund for the second night because of the mold allergy. We were denied. Left the hotel losing the second night fee.
