The owner is very nice and helpful, the rooms are good for the price in Caye Caulker with everything one needs, and centrally located.

Very nice, clean hotel, but it's pricey. There was loud music at the restaurant across the street until nearly midnight on a Thursday night, which is not what I wanted after a long day of travel, but it's conveniently located right near the docks. No ocean view. No breakfast or water provided. Hot water, though! !
