Good and inexpensive food. Friendly service but took over half an hour to get our food. No A/C but nice restrooms.

Very deceptive, The room looked nothing whats adverised on the website. Word of advice (Dont book the cheapest room), You will end up with no AC or a fan, For 75.00 US is not worth it, The rooms are dated, and very dark and gloomy. The outside is jus ok, The restuant only had about 3-4 ppl in it . THIS LOCATION IS AT THE END OF THE ISLAND.

Don't pay anything with your card there: They deliberately withhold extra money out of my credit card and refused to give it back. I had to go through my card issuer to get these scammers in check.

Beautiful secluded beach spot and the staff is super friendly. Definitely upgrade the room to a suit for the A/C and beach view.

Quite place. Staff helpful. There are a lot of "chairs" to set in front the beach (but is not a swmming beach. Just relax). Room clean and with balcony. Good wifi. Good bathroom.

When you book it it promises a lot, but it doesn't have anything of the "paradise". It's only tropical. Don't expect to get the cabin shown on the website with any view on the see. Do not expect to sleep either. It's a way too hot in the room and the "fans" are really old and half destroyed. If you switch them on, it feel like you sleep on the highway.

We had some issues with the boats on the way because of a tropical storm called Franklin. We didn't asked them for refund but just to let us stay the amount of nights we paid for. once again really disappointed, no manager, nobody to speak with, the woman from the office told us to send a mail, their answer was really rude and inappropriate

Caye Caulker is wonderful but tropical paradise.Never again! Pass your way.

Booked a room with a 3rd part, not all rooms have A/C as promised, Not all rooms are equal. Management has zero flexibility. There are significantly better options at comparable rates on the island.

Service was great here and the food was descent. Located on the beach side cemetery was interesting. The fruit punch was definitely spiked with local spirits!

Walk right into beach out of your room. Five minutes to the busy tourist area. You will able to see sun rise right out of your window without having to leave the room.

There is a karaoke at the front of the hotel. Amazed to see the collection of the songs to meet all range of the requests.

Super friendly staff that know what they're talking about! Its kept clean and there's a restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. There is also water and beach access, which is getting harder to find here. Keeping in mind the economy where you are, we had a great stay and would recommend it without hesitation!

A fair hotel but not overpriced. The room was comfortable and had an ocean view which I enjoyed. Staff was friendly but seemed a little unorganized. Could not check out at 6 am because no one was at the desk

Super basic hotel. you will get what you pay for. not even the door lock worked propertly in our room (5).

The location is good. close to the main street in town.

The restaurant is too expensive for the food they serve. The food has no originality- just plain flavor..

The Tropical Paradise restaurant is fantastic. We ate there multiple times in our visit to caye caulker. We especially loved our server, Nadine. She was highly professional, personable and made our experience great. The beer battered shrimp special was amazing, as was the stew chicken on the daily menu. Highly recommend, and if you get Nadine for your server, you're in for a treat!
