While we were there only briefly, I can say that the staff were very accommodating and my overall opinion of this quaint little hotel in Orange Walk is a very good one! It's immaculate and well cared for. Seems to me that they pay absolute attention to their guests. The coffee was good to boot!

What a fantastic little spot! The owners of this hotel we're really nice, and the place was very clean, had a cool Belizean style, and offered tours to the Lamanai ruins along with great advice on what to see in the area. There was AC in the room, TV, and hot showers. Coffee and tea are complimentary, but breakfast you have to pay for, but I highly recommend that you do because the Johnny cakes and especially the fried Jack's were incredible. They just opened up a restaurant in town that looks over the river and if we'd stayed longer we would have gone because their breakfast was so good. And the price was very reasonable too, oh and there's secure parking. If you're going to stay in Orange Walk, I highly suggest you stay here.

Hotel de la Fuentes offers to much and dose not put more attention to small details in the rooms your bed spreadsheet are not iron there all wrinkled up the walls in the rooms are all marked up u can see the paint coming off needs to be touched up the outer side beautiful remember looks can be deceiving

I booked my tour to Lamanai through this hotel, and they really made the trip spectacular! The boat picked us up just a 5min walk from the hotel, and they gave us bananas and coffee while we waited. The tour was very reasonably priced ($50USD) and included a delicious traditional lunch (stewed chicken, rice, and cole slaw) and knowledgeable guides, as well as rum punch on the return ride. Back at the hotel, they have a café area with strong wifi, and they are only a short walk from a delightful bakery.

As young women traveling alone, Orange Walk is not very touristy, but Hotel de la Fuente is a very nice establishment in a not-so-built-up area. It is a 15-20min walk from the bus "terminal," but everyone knows where it is. Anyone you ask will help you get there, but may ask for a dollar for helping. Just know that there is not so much English spoken because of the proximity to Mexico!

Hotel de la Fuente is easily the best hotel in Orange Walk Town and offers some of the best hospitality in the entire country of Belize. Orlando and his staff are extremely friendly and courteous, while the hotel boasts a great lobby/dining area and comfortable rooms.

Great secluded riverside cabins available, sit down breakfast, helpful and outgoing staff. Main hotel conveniently located downtown, being expanded (2017/03). Quiet riverside cabins also available with onsite restaurant. Bicycles can be arranged, along with arranging river tours.

I am an avid goer to Hotel De La Fuente for their services, hospitality (smiles and great conversation), breakfasts, free wifi and coffee! They are by far, the friendliest and best quality business in town. The owner and staff always do everything they can to make you feel welcomed and as a regular in town.
