  We stayed here for one week in January 2018 and Love it! We loved our view of the ocean and all the lovely flowers. We stayed in a cabana with our 4 children and we had plenty of room. We loved doing our own cooking and how friendly and helpful the staff and owners were. Our every need was taken care of and our children were loved and welcomed. We had a very hard time finding something large enough that was affordable for our family and so this was perfect. We loved walking down to Kat's coffee and visiting local restaurants.

  My friend and I stayed at the hotel in February 2018. we loved it. The room very simple but clean and quiet. The AC worked perfectly. My favorite part was the courtyard though. We sat outside in the evenings to read and chat with fellow guests and it was so peaceful. The owners are very nice and helpful.
  The hotel is a two minute walk from the beach. There are bikes available to use for free at the hotel. That was great. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Hopkins.

  Beach pictures for this hotel on booking sites are not on the property at all and are completely misleading. The hotel is set way back from the beach across a large trash filled field and dirt road. Other cabanas in town are on the beach, have spectacular views, and are much nicer. You will have a view of a dirt road and then a trash filled grass field with clothes lines. We moved to another cabana that was feet from the Caribbean with palm trees and the sand. The management was awful - they canceled a Christmas reservation on Christmas Day at about 3pm leaving us with no where to stay. Rather than being nice and trying to help or being apologetic they were very indignant and would not refund all our nights. They were rude, uncaring, and completely unprofessional. We talked to locals and this used to be a nice place until the previous owner passed away but it is now not recommended. Use Google Sat Maps and you can see these are not nice beach/ocean view rooms as suggested. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for one of the gorgeous beach front cabanas to the North actually in the town with spectacular views and hosts that actually care and take care of you.

  Just returned from a week long stay at All Seasons! Odie and Becky were perfect hosts -happily attending to our every request promptly and with good humor! Lots of personalized recommendations, as well. We were looking for a a non resort like experience with more local flavor - this was exactly it!

  Staying at the All Seasons Guest House was one of our greatest vacations ever. We stayed in the Butterfly Room which was very clean and well decorated, the new owners and their staff were were so helpful in letting us know the attractions nearby. There is so much to do in the Hopkins area, waterfalls abound in the mountain jungles nearby, zip-lining through the jungle, river tubing in crystal clear waters, snorkeling, fishing is good, manatee surfacing just across the street, Belize is so beautiful. Hopkins is a small fishing village located on the sea & the locals are very friendly. Be sure to visit Innes Restaurant just down the street on Monday Nite for the Garifunas playing music and dancing. We definitely will return to the All Seasons Guest House.

  This past January my wife and I ventured into the quint little village and found the All Seasons Guest House. It was everything that was advertized! It is right in the middle of Hopkins Village with resturants and adult beverages just a short hike away. They had bikes for us to use and that helped us to see even more of the village. The caribbean sea is just across the street about 140 yards. They furnished beach towels and we took full advantage of the sand and sea,

  Wonderful courtyard, lovely to spend time there. Fairly long walk from most of the Hopkins restaurants and pubs though.
