  I've not had any complaints especially about the service. I've always been assisted by people with a smile on their faces.. a wonderful place to order you fast food.

  The quality is always disappointing- dry chicken. Today they did not even add the sauces and napkins to the bag, very annoying.!

  The worst of the nandos in Gaborone.
  Poor quality of food.
  And I doubt it has a good/ quality hygeinic storage of food
  It can not be a casual coincidence, that me and my family always suffer from food poisoning after eating at nandos CBD

  Yesterday I ordered a full chicken to be cut up and flavoured in 3 different sauces. After going through the order almost 6 times with the Thato the lady taking phone orders it still came out wrong. Imagine a wrong order and you are seated at home far from the restaurant and it's a wrong order.

  You always know what you're gonna get with Nandos. Decent food prepared quickly and delivered with a smile, the only detraction being the constantly rising prices.

  The service is krap. They never have peri naise. Your special requests are not done. The food Is ice cold when you get it. If you dnt check ur order you wont get what u ordered
