  Spacious, friendly staff, clean, next to a major shopping mall and love the hi-tech power saving feature. But too much noise from trucks next door and dinner takes too long to prepare.

  Receptionists are super, they'll make u feel at home. They hv welcoming faces and they'll give u full attention. All in all the hotel is well organized and clean.

  I liked it when it was new but it's like the staff have become complacent, service quality has declined. I also never liked the fact that there are no fridges in the rooms - deal breaker!
