  Pretty well equipped for the most part. Machines, sauna, steam room, classes etc. Although not too fond of the shallow pool. It will do for simple laps I guess. Staff is helpful

  Its very crowded Monday to Wednesday. Rest of the week is much more comfortable to gym. Service can improve.

  I just looove this place. The ambience is very relaxing and it eases the entire person ie; the body & the soul. It is my second home. My home away from home.

  If you're black and adding being a foreigner, good luck getting in to use the facilities. The discrimination is above and beyond, i don't see this kind of behaviour in the UK. I certainly will encourage family and friends to avoid at all costs.

  Clean and prestigious. Probably one of the only two gyms in gabarone but the best one of the two. Virgin active premier is accepted so this is prime for anyone staying at the local hotels on business or pleasure
  
  Modern equipment and friendly staff. Really well placed layout so you dont brush shoulders with the weighlifters. However, being the only virgin active After 5pm it gets crazy full. Would advise morning or late evening routines

  A well kitted out gym that caters top spec facilities and activities for a wide variety of interests and individuals(even children).
  I like it for the fact that waiting times to use equipment are not too long in peak hours as they are well in appendence and a good variety. machines and equipment are well spaced out throughout the floor and don't feel like you're a packed sardine.
  Very generous staff to help out with everything

  Working out here is fun for the whole family. My kids love swimming and love the kids gym and I enjoy the classes very much.

  This is the gym and health club that I frequent and I believe that even with it's shortcomings it is still the best overall one in Gaborone and Botswana.
  Facilities are clean and well maintained and the treadmills seem to undergo regular servicing.
  They even added heavier dumbells because the old ones only went up till 40kg and some people needed more.
  Unfortunately they closed the mini bar/restaurant at the front and it was a really nice and convenient feature.
  Also, they need to add in a rack that allow barbell shoulder presses like the one at Jacks Gym.

  The gym is clean, convinent and operations are run professionally. However, i wish the morning classes mix can be reviewed. Except for Tuesday every class has weights and step.. different names for the classes but basically same difference interms of delivery. I wish we could be offered a cardio class without weights.

  Everything is clean.
  Lot of equipment for all.
  Pool to swim 5 lane, small for relaxing or family.
  Steam room, sauna.
  They also have lot of gym class.
  It's very nice, but I don't know about the price. (probably expensive)
