    Worst Customer Service
I have ordered my car on March 16 and they promised that the car will arrive within 3 months. I did few follow-ups after 2 months and they were not sure due to pandemic. I understood the situation and excepted without raising any issues. After 3 months I visited the showroom and inquire about the arrival of the car as no notification were sent whether its arrived or not. They promised the car will arrive on September but it was just in vain. They never called us nor informed it will be delayed. Also, they don’t have any curtesy to notify us that the full option car I have ordered had stopped manufacturing from the company although I had been following up repeatedly with them. On 22nd September, made call to Thimphu showroom and that customer care person said that its Phuntsholing staff’s responsibility to follow up with the factory and they don’t have any idea about the arrival. The response was always same and that is due to covid they still couldn’t confirmed for now. They didn’t even treat me like a customer and never responded properly when we inquire about the car. Customer had to handle a situation where they had to do for us.

After making a call to Phuntsholing showroom, fortunately met with a lady named Pretty Dema where she was prompt to my concern. She was asking everything about my situation and after looking into my case she immediately offered with another option with a car which was in stock.

The staffs in Thimphu gives poor and yeah worst customer services compared to all other showroom. All employees are bad-mannered, lazy, arrogant and ignorant. Even though we stand there for few minutes they just ignored and didn’t even response properly to what we asked them. Customer are no worth for them and they don’t even care for our visits. Even on my transaction day after arriving the car, they are so botherless. I wished that there should have another option in Thimphu to order Maruti suzuki cars. I strongly suggest that Zimdra owner should hire someone better in handling the customer. I hope they will learn how to treat customer and make cozier environment for the visited clients.

Worst customer service!!! The staff are very unprofessional, lazy and mannerless! Unless you ask them, if even if you stand before them for 5 mins, they would pretend like they didn't see you( this is while they are doing nothing!). I wish they had a rival to give them a sense of competition. I wouldn't be surprised the day Zimdra goes out of business. It's a shame we don't have other options to buy maruti cars from in Bhutan yet.

    Worst customer service.

Last time, my partner called to place an order but they never responded. If such should be the case, Zimdra shouldn't provide the customer service number at all. So, we visited the new showroom located at Babesa. But the guys there, they looked frustrated as if we were uninvited guests and nuisance. Never even cared to ask what we came there for until one senior lady asked one of them to cater to our purpose there. I don't know if the lady is a staff there, but if she is, she need to teach the other three - wallowing on their chairs - some manners and business etiquette: I believe Zimdra don't hire people who are disabled and can't even walk around in the showroom. The funny fact is, they have the functional telephone line there?! Could that be for the personal use of the staff there?

I might have gone bit harsh with the feedback but I am positive Zimdra would consider it and take it in as to provide better service in future.

Despite all these, Suzuki still has the best cars.

    Thank you.

    Dear Zimdra,

I am writing to you today to experience the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Today on 6th April 2020 in the afternoon, l along with my partner and mother visited the zimdra automobiles located in Thimphu to place an order for Maruti Celerio but was as soon as I went in, met with disappointment due to the bad customer service.

We went in and stood infront of the customer service or sales department desk and the two sales guys didn’t care at all, leave alone greeting us or asking us what we wanted. One was busy with the phone while the other was busy near the heater. I asked them that I wanted to place an order and he had such a disappointed look. While we went through the procedure, due to his extremely rude and not interested behaviour, it was very hard to go through the transaction. For a sales person to behave this way was Beyond explanation and I think no customer should ever be treated this way. I have done business with zimdra before when I bought my Maruti Breeza and it was such a pleasant procedure thanks to two ladies in customer service last year and to walk in the store and meet these kind of sales person is such a disappointment.

Customers are the spine of any business and they deserve respect and kindness. While a business might last in an monopoly market as it’s the only option, but things won’t be same if there are competitors. I trust that this is not the way that Zimdra Automobiles does business and that you will mention my concern with the concerned personnel and about this incident and hope to get better treatment the next time I visit.

    Thank you
