While it had it’s share of glory days, I feel it’s too crammed now. It looks more like a taxi station now.

The facility also needs a bus departure board.

A small Bus Station with lots of Eicher make Green Buses.
Nicely maintained. Local crowd in their traditional dress are seen here.
You can communicate with them in English.

One of the busiest bus stations in the country as bus from all dzongkha come and goes for here. The place is always busy with passenger and having taxi parking just near it, makes it one of the crowdest and busiest place in the capital. The place got hawkers and public toilet too. The ticket counter is just below the RST office and and it got BoB ATM too.

Nice place
Just beside the RAIDAK river in thimphu.
Its nearby the taxi parking stand.
You can get the bus from here for all over Bhutan.
N even its economical compared to taxi .
U have to pay only 245 ₹ to go to phuentsoling.
N for taxi , its 750 ₹.
But its very hard to get bus tickets in emergency.
Better to book in advance.

This is the place for getting buses and shared taxis to Paro, Punakha and other places; If you choose to travel by bus, go the previous day and purchase ticket, because they fill up and you may be left with no seat; Shared taxis cost more, but bit more comfortable and faster, and operate freqquently, and thus could be a better option

It's the only bus stand in thimpu, from where you can get buses for Paro, phunsholing. you can get tickets on the windows taxis are also available here for all parts of Shillong.
