  這也稱Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Nunnery（比丘尼佛學院），是一所由不丹皇室所蓋的比丘尼修道禪院，在2015年4月25日落成，由四第任國王為慶祝不丹第三世皇后Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck 60歲誔辰而建。
  寺裡供奉著一尊14尺，由不丹佛像匠師精制的觀世音菩薩銅像，其他還有供奉蓮花生大士、釋迦牟尼佛、二十一度母等、無量壽佛等。比丘尼們除了每日的佛學研習，也有一般世間法課程如紡織、刺绣及唐卡製作等手藝修學。
  寺內的觀音像莊嚴華麗，大殿內肅穆寂靜；比丘尼們通常不太出來活動，可惜不丹所有寺院殿堂內均禁止攝影，如此莊嚴無比的菩薩聖像只能保存心中了。
