Good service. Welcoming and polite staff.
The food was refreshing. Was very organic.
The cottage rooms were nice and warm. Brightly lit also.

It is a worst hotel in all respect with in Bhutan. We staying here from 29-5-18, our geyser was non functioning from the time we entered in the hotel room no 119 but after repetative request they repaired that at 8 PM on 30-5-18.
Room service including kitchen facilities are Very poor, they have not served dinner at room no 110 after confirmation from the kitchen end and they have not infomed us that could not served that. Wash rooms are not at per, door locks are non functioning at room no 109. We suggest all not to stay here.

The resort is very good. Gives glimpse of bhutanese architect. One can directly see Tiger Nest monastery situated at 10200feet vertical cliff.

Good Place. Decent Food (vegetarian+egg only). Room sizes are good and spacious but yes it doesn't have the modern amenities like key less opening of doors and LED TV (but then you are not going to go to Bhutan to watch TV). Free Wi-Fi on each floor. We went and stayed there for three nights and three days (as a part of SOTC Tour) - breakfast and dinner were part of our deal.

The best about the hotel; staff is super courteous, amazingly humble and always sports a smile. Loved them.

The best point of this hotel is its location. The view from this hotel has mountains on which Tiger monastery stands. If you are deciding on staying in this hotel I would recommend cottages. Cottages were very good . I will not recommend normal low cost rooms in this hotel, as normal rooms are quite small as compared to cottages which are huge and comfortable. I was not fond of food here. Food is only vegetarian. But since you don't have much of restaurants around this hotel , you don't have much of a choice really. Happy Stay!!

Yes we were there on 21.10.2017we were earlier lodged in one blue heaven resort ..one of the worstour tour agent had made mistake ie nature wings kolkatta..after complaining he changed it to tiger-nestvery very good hotel..we liked it very much..very nice veg food,very good staff and nice atmospherewe really wished we shud have stayed for longer timebecause of our tour agent we could nothope to make it next time for more daysi am recommending this to all my contacts as we were looking for only veg hotel.thanks

Electric plug points are dangling. The hot water flow was not even. The restaurant is heavily under staffed and food mediocre.

They randomly changed our allotted room without even calling us. Their number is not listed on any site so far. We ended up getting a room facing a brick wall. So did not have the satisfaction of the view either.

Far away from town. Only good thing is the veiw of Tiger's Nest monastery. Vegetarian hotel. Friendly staff. Service ordinary. Rooms and cottage available. Room 144 not good. Poor illumination. The wooden floor elevated from door and bathroom level. Not visible. Have fallen because of this.
Only green tea available in rooms. Electrical points at very odd places. Breakfast fruit cereal and egg toast.
Indian food served on order.
No room for driver.

U want to screw ur holiday u must go into tigernest resort , Paro.
u r forced to take buffet breakfast and dinner
U get for a good price of Rs.400/- +, a variety of bread toast , omelette , half stuffed paratha..
n dinner is much more better with the repeat of egg curry n rice dal for
and also Indians are treated so well that they don't even do the room service cleaning even after putting up the clean my room tag outside
On top of it the bonus is u get good bathrooms with seepage from the above toilets this adds to the bonus of ur stay

you can see the Tiger's Nest Temple from your room. A nice hotel with decent location,decent food and decent rooms. The terrace in front of the hotel is an added attraction. In Bhutan most of the places are in a valley . Only in this place you can see sunrise.

You enter this hotel and you realize that at sometime in past it was a great property. Now it looks dated. Many of the fittings like electrical and plumbing don't work properly.
That having said, the property has the best location for people who may be interested in visiting Tiger Nest. If one if inclined, you can even walk, otherwise the parking is approximately 4 kilometers from the resort.
We were well taken care of by Vishnu. The food was good. Probably little more variety in breakfast would be great.

Me and my dad were interested for hot stone bath by this resort. The place for hot stone bath was shady and unclean. We never had done hot stone bath before, there was no briefing for the session. Dad had fainted and fell down in changing room as there was a sudden change in temperature and the path to bath and changing room was open when there was no one to look after. There was bleeding from his skull. No first aid help was given. The only ones who helped were our tour guide and driver. PATHETIC SERVICE AND PATHETIC LOCATION. SHOVE THOSE HOT STONES UP YOUR A-HOLE DUMBF**S
