  I had a very positive experience tourism Thimphu and Paro with Bhutan Bokar tours. This company really goes the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable, and to ensure that great value. I'd recommend Chime and his tea, to anyone seeking an exceptional experience in Bhutan.

  An incredible great experience!!!
  We booked the 12 day Laya-Gasa trekking with Bokar Tours. Although we are experienced hikers, this trekking was difficult but so beautiful.
  
  Bokar Tours took care of everything. It started already with a special arranged ceremony at the Paro Dzong for a successful trek. During the trek, we were guided by two professional guides who took care of us. The other crew (cook, cook assistants, horsemans,..) were also very professional. Each of them knew their task. On a certain day we stopped very early after lunch and the camp was setup. When asking for the reason, they said bad weather was coming. We couldn’t believe it but 30 minutes later a hailstorm hit our camp. Just to let you know, these guys know there job !!
  
  Also very pleasant was the quality of camping material. New deluxe chairs, camping table with table cloth, spacious tents with carpet and mattress with pillow were provided. Even a LED solar light was available in each tent. Although we had our own sleeping mattress with us, the provided one’s were sufficient. It was very cosy in the tents, even with outside freezing temperatures.
  
  But after a days trek the most important is the food. Oh man ! Our cook was incredible. We had the best food ever during this trek. For lunch and dinner we had rice, cauliflower, green asparagus, fried potatoes, potatoes with cheese sauce, pasta, fish, mixed vegetables, vegetable soup, etc., all very tasty and flavorful cooked.
  In the morning, as soon as movement was seen by the crew in our tent, a bowl with warm water was ready for washing. Then the breakfast table was set with: porridge, omelet, toast, cornflakes, muesli, hot / cold milk, pancakes, sausages, etc.
  
  After this beautiful trek we still had a few days to explore Punakha, Paro and Thimphu. Again, everything was perfectly arranged by Bokar Tours. Transportation was done by a luxury van (leather seats !) and the hotel category was really good. The provided 3 star hotel exceeded expectations. (don’t forget we’re not in a western country)
  
  After all, I’m very glad we chose for Bokar Tours for our holiday. They went the extra mile, and always with a smile.
  Bokar Tours is run by mr. Karma Chime. He is personally involved with the day to day activities and arrangements.

  colleague and I booked our trip to Bhutan through Yeoong Travels. We were there on business filming, and not on vacation, so our needs were significantly different. Still Yeoong met all of our requirements and more. The guides were incredibly accommodating and friendly, never crowding but always within shouting distance. The driver was amazing (you need a good driver on those mountains!). They provided us with ample information to prepare us for every conceivable aspect of our trip and even when the unexpected happened they resolved it as fast as possible, and in a supremely professional manner. Even though we were far from home we felt safe and informed enough to enjoy our stay and focus on our work - we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and our production could not have happened without them.
