The staff are very friendly.Overall experience was good but the bed creaks and is not comfortable.Even the floor creaks.However the food is good and restaurant is run very well by the manager.However the way they welcomed us and took us to the large prayer wheel and the head Monk gave us blessings, it was one of the best experiences of my life.After that the cultural dances were also beautiful.Taj Tashi has depicted in true sense the beautiful culture and natural beauty of Bhutan.

Lovely property. More than the comforts and luxuries on offer at the Taj Tashi what is most impressive is the superb Service oriented attitude of all the staff at this property. Just conveys what a lovely country Bhutan is. A place is all about people and the Taj Tashi scores wonderfully on this count. Simply amazing!

Ever imagined that a place could be compared to paradise? Well, Taj Tashi, Thimphu is such a paradise in itself. For a war Bhutan welcome, this place is the ideal choice. In other words it is very impossible to describe the beauty of this incredible hotel. Once you step inside the hotel you will get amazed at the tranquillity that rules around the place. From luxurious hotel rooms to ambience and the Buddha temple at the back of the hotel within the compound, have an enthralling way to swoon you. I must say a big THANK YOU to all the hotel staffs who were really sweet and friendly. Special thanks go to the chefs who prepared customised dishes as per my needs. Everyone made me feel at home. Last, but not the least, the true charm of Bhutan art, culture and tradition is present in every wall of Taj Tashi, yet no compromise to modernism.

Fantastic Hotel. Good hospitality They provide you traditional bhutanese wear for the bhutanese traditional show.Behind the restaurant near the meditation place you can have an antique look of the hotel good for photos.indian food is not that good.

Taj is Taj, reliable and solid in service. But I rate a 3 due to the ongoing works within the hotel, which threw the service off by a bit! But still expect the same professionalism, warmth and a sense of belonging!

I loved the structure firstly then comes the hospitality I think Tata Group must be the number one in Hospitality. From the beginning to end. all are excellent in their respective jobs. I felt like I must attend their training programmes. Last year I had been to Venetian Macau now am proud of myself we too are no way far from hospitality. Though it is Bhutan Taj for me Tata's means my own.

This place is awesome and a reflection of the Taj Hotels services. Everything from the warm welcome to our send off was truly world class.

This is one hotel with the most beautiful rooms and views.

The food quality and variety along with pricing, all put together was excellent.

I really liked the complimentary costume dressing they offer for the guests as it is a unique experience.
