Everything is good here but the internet is pethetic. You have to go downstairs in lobby to have use. No internet in rooms. (Better buy a new connection that cost just 250, instant activation and good internet. Voter id is required to get it)

Great hotel just in heart of the city. For family, book the suite in 2nd floor. Everything is just 2 mints walk away.
Breakfast is really bad! Pls keep your cup noodles/ bread-jam handy.

The service is excellent. The room is warm with a radiator. Beds are so comfortable. Food is OK. Main street is nearby in 5 min walk.

Decent hotel right in the heart of Thimphu, very close to the market Street. Cozy rooms with electric heaters. Only problem is a very small parking area on the street. Overall a decent stay. Food at the restaurant is decent but not exotic.

I went there in Thai restaurant to have lunch with my Thai guest. The restaurant was great. But the napkins n the dinning table was so dirty. I and my guest change five napkin and even dirty. So we used paper napkin. We hardly see service team when we r in dinning.

Horrible hotel. Laundry service destroyed 2 t shirts. Shrunk 3 pairs of wool trekking socks.

The executive suites were very spacious though the bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The reception area and the restaurant were very average and basic. The staff were courteos and helpful. The barking of stray street dogs at night was unsettling. The view from the rooms was nonexistent and the interiors of the common area was very ordinary , commercial and distateful. However, the centralised location within walking distance of the market main road gets it precious brownie points.

Nice place to stay. Located in town. All markets near to walking distance. Rooms are good but lack of double bed only have most of single two bed. Food is good. Service is excellent. Overall it was pleasent stay here.

The hotel is located in the middle of the town. The amenities are new and services are excellent.

I come after every 3 month in Thimpu and stayed at the same hotel Phuntsho Perli. Nice location, rooms are clean, service and food are awesome.

Downstairs Spa also there. You can allways come for leisure or business.
