Rooms are gud and service is also good but the food is not upto the mark.
They close the dinning at 9pm which is very early.
Breakfast also stooped at 9am.
They stopped refilling the dishes before 8.45pm.
Not too may dishes and only iceceam as sweetdish only. Not done.
Would not rate it very high.

Spacious rooms. Good Ambience. Absolutely low pressure to shower and to tap. Leakage in beautiful bath. Late nights no hot water to taps. Courteous and friendly staff at reception and house keeping. Restaurant staff no. is much below the requirement and not able to handle crowd.
Worst part is groups and individuals have same dining and breakfast area. When we stayed one large group used to touch all food items. It was disgusting. Hotel management couldn't handle at all or control them.
On positive side beautiful view from room allotted. Towels had stains and were moist.
Need improvement. Property as such well maintained. Housekeeping staff is excellent.response / report this review -

Nice looking structure housing an above average tourist Hotel from another era ; the Gateway to punakha and seemed very popular.

Very good 4 star rated hotel, good service and food. Location and views are great as well. But the free wi fi internet service seems to be of inconsistent nature. I mean we booked the deluxe room but barely got any internet service in the evening. Very bad on communication perspective as SIM from other countries are useless here. This should be given some importance as this is an advertised facility.

Stayed only one night comfortable room with an awesome view. Breakfast and dinner was just simple and a bit disappointing at first glance but the moment we tasted the food we were pleasantly surprised and asked for more and more(all foods are organic) strongly recommend this place for anyone coming to Punaka

I just came here for a quick breakfast stop, and was quite taken aback by its beautiful location and gorgeous property.
The service here was the best I've experienced in Bhutan and the food was pricey but excellent.
Even though I didn't stay here, I'll definitely plan to re-visit here on my next Bhutan trip.

建於小山丘上的RKPO，雖然離市區較遠，但景色無敵，即可以臨高俯視前方低處的翠綠田梯及不丹式住家，又有被群山環繞的山巒美景，入住這裡，每天的早晨迎賓的是悅的鳥鳴聲，不遠處的平房煙囪冒出的陣陣白煙是多麼的詩情畫意，搭配在這山谷裡荒疏漂泊的氣質，不愧是絕世香格里拉，叫人不捨離去。
房間寬敞舒適；浴室是乾濕分離，另也有浴缸可以泡澡，盥洗用品齊全。但由於客房分為好幾棟，若入住較遠的區域甚至是2、3樓，要提著沉重的行李走過頗多階梯是一種挑戰。我入住的房間 WiFi 訊號極差，訊號最好的區域是接待大廳 Lobby。
Massage 服務只有兩張床兩位按摩師，人多時經常會 fully booked，要搶快，但按摩師傅（女生）力道較小。
早餐菜色不多，所以煎蛋區前經常擠滿人潮。
這裡最靠近 Chimi Lhakhang 瘋喇嘛廟，可步行到下方的 Sopsokha 村庄，再穿過泥濘的田埂小徑，半小時後便可到達 Chimi Lhakhang 瘋喇嘛廟。
房間建議： 129-134房走廊很陰暗。 越高樓層房間 view 越棒。
