I went there to register for IELTS. As far as I remember, it’s ideally located. However, I did not quite appreciate having to go far away above at the new building at Serbithang to sit for the said test. All they said was “Serbithang, above Botanical Garden”. I thought it won’t be too far but it nearly got me llate on my test day because the distance is twice as much as I thought it could be. Surely, they could have clarified that earlier.
