Tourist service EVER ! Every good review is fake as all staff has written them .

Outstanding! This company exemplifies the warmth of the Bhutanese people. Bhutan Swallowtail was very flexible in piecing together the itinerary, accommodating our various wishes. Our guide Kezang was very knowledgeable, fun, flexible, and quietly passionate about his country. Having the opportunity to see the beauty and the uniqueness of Bhutan through his eyes was a special gift indeed. Our driver Tashi was both extremely assured and courteous, and the hero of our trip when we had an internal flight distruption. When this happened the office, too, was on hand after hours to help re-arrange accommodations last minute. We had such a wide variety of experiences in Bhutan, made all the better by our tour company. We got the sense that there is a lot of heart in Bhutan Swallowtail and we gained friends as well as cherished memories from our holiday.

Well! They are all NICE to talk , but do they WALK the TALK ?, is what matters !
The prices mentioned on the website are not the real story .
It's just a pleasing amount to get you Dial their phone number .
Til they get your business , they all talk nicely .
But once you make the contact , there are so many add ons, delays in reply and excuses .
For instance the rates given are the 'group rates ' . And they say
They don't encourage group tours, but individual tours .
So obviously the price quoted doesn't exist .
Bhutan measure happiness or not, MONEY is the only thing makes
Anyone happy including travel agents!
Read the trip advisor bad reviews , usually bad reviewers are the ones tell you the real story .
Not all the good reviews make them the best . So make sure every thing is agreed upon
