Good place to stay in Thimphu, Capital of Bhutan for 2 nights or as per requirement and good natural scenes can be seen from balcony and rooms are specious and appartment like rooms are also available over here. Try to get a room at 4th or 5th room for better outer view due to increase in hight. Specious bathrooms are available here with all facilities. Good supporting staff with bar facility and Gym etc. The occupancy level is quite high in this hotel.

The place is about a 10 min walk to the city. Or about a 2 min drive to the city. Taxis frequent the road next to the hotel. Our stay at the heritage was just beyond brilliant. They have this olden heater that works with wood. It was just amazing. The owner Pema and the other staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with local sights to see and also was very accommodating with the food schedules.

Owner/manager happened to tell us in passing (One week into our 12 night stay) that two people from our 7 member group had to move rooms for one night (maybe two) because an earlier booking took precedence. The hotel was not full and we still had another 5 nights at the hotel. We were all very unimpressed. Manager was not very helpful and would not listen to our logical alternative plan that her new guests just be given another room for the two nights. Other staff were ok. Rooms average.

Same problem with all rooms..
No closing tap for batgtubs..
Nice speed of WiFi but very small range and nice location on hotel..NICE HOTEL BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

The rooms were just okbt the bathrooms were not goodthe bathtubs were useless without the water closing tap.and the main thingthere were several micesthey destroyed our important documents including passport.not satisfied. needs improvement..😔😒

We have the apartment in khang residency from air bnb. The apartment was 2 bhk. The interior was made up of wood. There were attached bathrooms in the both the bedrooms. Heater was present in the room. The living area has sofa and a fire place. Room service was very good.
