The people there just did not care what we should get and what we wanted. Room service calls were not heeded and they just blanked out after 8pm. Bath tub didn't work and they didn't fix it in 2 days. Food was too expensive for the quality served. And they served us what they wanted to serve, regardless of what was ordered. But that's Bhutan I guess!

This hotel is OK but not awesome. Standard room , heater was not working properly,we complain but no positive response from management, no wi- fi. In the room.
Hot running water maximum time was not available.
So only if you get at cheap rate than only book this hotel.

BHUTAN is a lovely place . The hotel is ok . If ur budget is not that much then u can really give this hotel a try . Not bad at all as i said its OK .

the worst hotel I have ever stayed.. no wifi, they have an old 21 inch crt TV in the rooms and most of the time it doesn't work. Also most of the time no one will be there in the reception.. we have to go and search for them.. they don't accept cards, only cash and only hand written bills.
