We are Ong family of five has chosen Bhutan for our family's reunion, before this decision I did not know where to begin; "where to go".

Having searched through a bucket of Tour Operators lists on the Tourism Council of Bhutan official website I was glad to get in touch with Chimi, the director of the "Access Bhutan Tour & Treks". She provided a clear cost of the tour, accommodation, Bhutan Visa and flight ticket also fulfilled with the complimentary items that included in our tour.

We were picked up by our warm and friendly tour guide Tandin Dorji and our driver Jigme at Paro airport with a patient manner in different arrived dates.

Upon arrived had been suggested to change our original itinerary due to poor road condition from the heavy rain fall in the central of Bhutan. Chimi and Tandin Dorji were concerned about our safety and strongly recommended others great sightseeings instead. We took their advised with no hassle for the substitution, as our priority was to have a good time in Bhutan.

Our family felt lucky to had Tandin Dorji and Jigme as great companies throughout our stay in Bhutan, they both delivered a superb care to our family and we enjoyed the good times together.

Tour guide Tandin Dorji is a responsible, warm and kind person. We gained so much of knowledge throughout the entire tour under his professional guided. His friendliness made us feel like home and his patient manner made us feel guilty as we are a "No Hurry Family".

Driver Jigme is a responsible, caring person with an excellent driving skill. Our father felt comfortable with his superb care and company during various sightseeings that our father couldn't take part. He patiently delivered our needed throughout every long journey.

Our stay wouldn't go so well without Tandin Dorji and Jigme help and advised! Both of them fully understand our needed throughout the tour, also shared the histories and local culture to us while drove through every sightseeings according to our new itinerary. Every attraction provides us with a taste of the local culture and brought us so much of happiness.

Tandin Dorji and Jigme both are a credit to the Access Bhutan Tour & Treks company with their great personality, excellent driving skill, and kindness.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Bhutan with an unforgettable experience! Ong family are highly recommended Access Bhutan Tour & Treks company to who intend to visit Bhutan.
