The worst customer service on the island. I stood outside and buzzed the door. Nobody buzzed me in but a worker walked by the door and said nothing. I decided to push the door and to my surprise it opened. I waited in front of the store for 10 minutes the same worker who passed me when I was outside came out the bathroom and said nothing, not even good morning. After 15 minutes of sitting in the store I pulled out my phone and called the store from inside to get some help. A lady came and serviced me and said I have to wait on the receipt and left. I was the only person in front of the store. I waited for another 10 minutes and called the store again from the inside to get an update. I was told it will come and shortly after the grout will come. Five minutes later a man came with a bag of grout and a receipt he walked by me and was giving it to the other customer. I turned around. He placed a receipt and pen on the table. I asked if I had to sign. He mumbled something. I signed it. He wrote something. I asked if that was it. He said yes and looked at be as I grabbed the bag of grout and lifted it to my card. Thank you to the lady who was holding her baby and decided to open the door for me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I got a whole case of tiles from this place broken then they had the nuts to tell me I was suppose to open every box before leaving then the worker gave me the wrong set of tiles when they was returned I was told I'd have to take a lost because of the mistake.

A good place to buy tiles but you just cant be in a hurry.
