We took a breakfast class and cooked and native Bahamian dish and an egg dish. This class is great for both tourists and Bahamians alike. Tourist can learn to cook some traditional Bahamian dishes if they would like and for Bahamians it’s a nice place to gather with friends and family to bond over cooking. The chefs/instructors are very patient and helpful. The classes are varied and usually combine different types of dishes depending on the time of the day, the season etc. I highly recommend trying out a cooking class with Goombay House cooking studio, every class I have taken was lots of fun and their playlists are always awesome

Cooking with friends is the best! A bonus is that you are guaranteed a tasty dish and there is no clean up. So, let the food and laughter roll, as this homey cottage is perfect for any intimate get together (date night, birthday, girls night etc.) The Bahamian inspired dishes and drinks are a great introduction to Bahamian cusine. On the downside though, there is limited parking and no carry out allowed. Therefore, go with an empty belly and leave with it full.

The absolute best cooking class ever!!! Its more than a cooking class, its where you and friends or strangers get together and make delicious dishes and cocktails!! We made stuffed french toast and chicken and waffles. Both dishes were mouth watering. Chef Johnson was amazing. He got everyone involved and very hands on with the ingredients. He explained every detailed and was loads of fun as well! The atmosphere is divine!! A definite must do and I will definitely return! This place deserves 9 full stars!!!!

I just went to the Wine Crush Wednesday cooking class with my cousin and it was EXCELLENT! Definitely worth every penny. We made chicken Alfredo wontons, Cajun tuna over grilled veggies and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything came out wonderful and the wine pairings took the experience over the top. I highly recommend going!

From when you enter the door the warm home environment pulls you in. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in turning you into a chef for a day. They are always looking to. Make sure you comfortable and are having a great time. I would definitely recommend, in fact I might see one of you when come here again.
