KSR has been awesome at customer service. Sean and his crew go above and beyond to assist!
We locked ourselves out of the car and we’re running late for our flight. They immediately sent someone out with a spare set and allowed us to drop car at airport instead of bringing it back.
They have been super friendly and excellent to do business with! I highly recommend this company!response / report this review -

Sean and his team are awesome and have always taken care of us. They meet us at the airport when we arrive and drop us back off when we unfortunately have to leave. We won’t go anywhere else on Grand Bahama for rental cars.

I rent a car, paid in full for it, and found another $500 they charge me after all on top of everything! They even made a crime try to copy my signature on receipt. Be careful!!!
