Beautiful views, clear water & white sand. Very nice for the family
One of the best beaches in tour. If are you are on Disney's cruise. Don't miss this spectacular day beach. 😍😍
Excellent place to go on vacation with the family. I highly recommend it
How could you not love this place?!! Two big slides (one open slide, one tube slide), with a small splash pad with a dump bucket on the side. The water is deeper over here, so it can stay open during low tide. Life jackets are available & encouraged for anyone who is not an incredibly strong swimmer.
Awesome beach! Nice and clean, service is good, food is good (as we were on a cruise), but the water was kind of cold in February but you get used to it.
Amazing! Fun for the entire family! My 3 & 5 year olds did not want to stop enjoying the attraction!
Fun place for the older kids to play (must be 42" and able to swim, or smaller kids with a floatation jacket can go with an adult). There are 2 slides, a slower and a faster one, that come out about ten feet apart. Both drop you out into deeper water, hence the need to swim or wear a floatie.
This is Disney's private island it cannot get better than this.
Water was a little bit to cold for my granddaughter and me but those who took the plunge looked like they had a lot of fun
Funny slide, very nice crew.
This is not so much a park as a small dock with a couple of water slides. The slides are fun and I love that there's dedicated float vests of all sizes just for the plunge. No need to scour the beach to find one if your child needs it. Other cruise lines would charge you extra for a few trips down these slides, but not Disney.
Great island, awesome seats, phenomenal weather and water temperature.
It was ok. No cell service on island made it impossible to reconnect with family after we separated. Food wasn't as good as what was available on ship and mosquitoes feasted on my flesh in spite of smearing a hugs dollop of bug repellent they provide you on entry everywhere. Island was crowded, the water slides took hours to line up for. I would opted to stay on board the ship if I were to pass through again.
Very fun. Just remember that you swimmed to it. I forgot about it while in line, then got the reminder when I hit the water. "Oh that's right, the water is too deep to stand! Gotta start swimming."
This was very fun at Disney's Private Island! We had a blast and can't wait to go back!!!!
Beautiful area. It was very cool to see the water colours change from the open ocean past the barrier to inside the lagoon. Lot's of fun and great adventures to have on Disney's private island Castaway Cay! Sucks that the weather wasn't the greatest and they had to shut down all the activities when I was there. :( Although I understand why and It's better to keep people safe so they were doing the right thing.
We had a wonderful time sliding down the slides when we first arrived at Castaway. We spent the day on the beach and having fun and then ended up going down the slides again at the end of our day! The kids loved it.
That's part of the Disney castaway cay. I have been on other cruise private island, and this one was the best so far.
Best water slide anywhere! On the enclosed slide, you can really feel the force! You will be down in seconds.
Good for kids. Has a life guard on duty.
Great place to cool down & have fun for all ages , does get a bit crowded but still good
