Promised beer at booking. No beer in reality. I emailed company and they said thanks for letting us know. Driver also got lost on way to hotel. Thy charge 4x what a cab costs. FYI.

This is our second time going to the Bahamas and I wish we had known about Baggy Rocks the first time! It's all good because we know about them now and everything was perfect. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the island, so it felt like my first time there all over again! Definitely appreciated their services.

This was my 3rd timing using Baggy Rocks and 7th time in Nassau. This review is long overdue. I will only use this company when I travel here because I know the driver will be on time and I will have free beer and water after a long flight from Nigeria. Also, the stop before the hotel is very useful when I need to buy some snacks and stuffs for the hotel. The staff is so warm and friendly they are like family. Thanks again ! See you again this summer!

This was my second time in the Bahamas I was a little hesitant to go this time as I didn't have a good experience last time. However, this time was AMAZING! Baggy Rocks took care of my family and I from start to finish. When we arrived the driver was waiting for us with a sign. We had a lovely private city tour the next day . The ride was very nice and clean and we even had cold beers while riding in the car. The driver was very entertaining and really knew about the city. Next time I go to the Bahamas , I will only be using Baggy Rocks. As they are very reliable, professional, fun and the best! Thanks Diane for your all your help as well! You guys Rock! ☺️☺️

Thank you Baggy Rocks for taking care of my brother who doesn't speak any English. I called in Advance to notify them about the situation and they went above and beyond. They even managed to speak a few words in Vietnamese haha :) What a surprise. My brother said he felt very comfortable! Thanks again!

My family and I went on a carnival cruise and booked an excursion with Baggy rocks. This was my first cruise and first time.being in the Bahamas so it was nice that the company had a representative located by the ship to escort us to the bus. The tour was amazing. The vibrant colors throughout the island was refreshing and Atlantis was nice (I might have to come back just to experience Atlantis). The family and I felt safe and the driver was knowledgeable and funnyhad us smiling 😃 the entire time. Definitely a good time love love the company ! 😊😊

I recently went on a cruise with my family and we arranged for baggy rocks to show us around the island. We chose the city/country tour and it was amazingwe got to see Anna Nicole's gravesite and where she lived. It was nice that the company had a large enough bus to accommodate my large family. On my next trip I'll be flying directly into Nassau and the driver told me I could arrange for baggy rocks to pick me up and take me to my resortI can't wait!!!

I visited Nassau with my two girls ages 5 & 8. I booked the sedan from the airport and a tour, our flight got in late and the line through immigration was long. Our driver (Sheff) was waiting for me and my girls at the airport with a sign with our names on it and he took our bags. My driver Sheff offered my girls waters and snacks and me a Bahamian beer 🍻 😬😬😋😋😜😜😜😏😏!!!!! lets just say I didn't complain any more.

We arranged a Private City and Country Excursions. Our guide Vernal was amazing! He took my girls and I around the town from our hotel, he didn't rush us, he was patient with my girls (they talked him to death! Lol 😂). We drank Fresh coconut from a 🌴 (My first time! My girls loved it. Great for organic lovers), visited historical sites and I drank some a lot of rum on the tour (you can drink 🍹 on the tour 👌). After our excursion we got drop back to our hotel smiling😄😄😄. WELL WORTH IT!
Our ride back to the airport was great. I've used this company and I traveled with two girls and they where still talking about our drivers three weeks later.
I recommend using this company.

My family and I did the snorkeling excursion and it was amazing 😉. The beach is called Nirvana Beach and it seems like it could totally fit in in Seattle. But once you go in the back it's a Bahamian paradise. The water is crystal clear. The atmosphere was truly amazing. My driver was very nice.
