They charged me twice. I had to talk to 4 different front desk people for them to tell me they would refund me the money. They didn’t. I had my credit card company cancel one of the charges. Then Turrance hotel charged me AGAIN. I’m so upset that they keep stealing from me. Don’t trust them!

Turrance hotel is a mediocre hotel to be in Foz do Iguaçu. The hotel can be rated as mediocre because it is acceptably clean, and the food is quite enjoyable, but the menu isn't really extensive. Also, the elevator is tiny. Sometimes it will take a while for you to go to your room, specially if you're staying in the top floors. Everyone is really nice, but there aren't many fluent English speakers. They can communicate in english though. To sum up, the hotel isn't top notch, but it delivers. So, I hope that you have a great stay if you decide to go there.
