Hotel for families with children(s). Nothing in English, included personnel.
Rooms are fine, big swimming pool (lots of noise from childrens, which is normal). Bilyard,bowling ,fitness center, tennis etc"
In short,it is industrial vacation resort ;-)

Amazing. The bar in the pool is great. The hotel have a lot of activities for the kids. The restaurant is very good. I almost give up to get out.

The staff is incredibly polite and nice. The room is neat and clean, it has cable tv, wifi, fridge, hair dryer, safe vault and air conditioning. You can't really get bored here, there are so many things you can do! Bowling, snooker, chess, air hockey, tennis, soccer, swimming, dancing, karaoke are one of the few things you can do it around here. The time spent here is well spent.

A little dated now but quite a resort! Manicure, pedicure, ten-pin bowling all on offer. It is massive and would look better with about 500 extra people having fun in the pool.

Everything is really nice. Pool is amazing. It's a bit overpriced and while the amenities are great, the staff was not very accommodating towards non-portueguese speakers. Even when attempting Spanish it was a struggle.

Where: Recanto Cataratas - Foz de Iguaçu, Brazil
What: A hotel near the falls
How was it: The hotel is big and impressive. We arrived late early morning, something like 2am so we didn't get to see much at first. The service was ok for the time that we were there. We booked many activities, so the hotel was just for sleep. We recommend that if you take this place, you stay and enjoy it. The pool is quite impressive.
Grade: Eli = 4, Serge = 4+
Recommend: Yes, like we said - if you are to relax and stay some time at the hotel.

Nice place, pleasent. For different reasons ask to chance the room twice and the staff were very kind. Happy to stay here for a week.

Beautiful place. Spotless clean. Excellent condition. Very good staff and service. I had to think very hard to find anything to change. The hot tubs were not warm I would recommend this place if you want somewhere special to stay.
