Ok lets be hands down honest, the hotel is very nice, huge, and very cool but service is lacking a lot, if as a guest you arrive to an expensive hotel you espect thar they serve you as such, and not make you walk the whole 3 bars to get a drink just because the servers dont want to take care of you, or they are just finishing their shift.
Some servers are very pleasing but the politics of the hotel do ruin the service they are trying to provide. To buy a bottle i had to talk to the "manager" so i could get the service.
No one will take you luggage to your room (knowing thaat there are rooms that you have to climb a bunch of stairs)
Bathroom in the room smell like sewer.
In general a good looking hotel with a lot of acomodations but with a huge sense of lack of service or staff training.response / report this review -

Great service, knowledgeable staff, and amazing resort. We loved our junior suite. I wished we stayed there a couple of days longer. We came to Iguacu just for the falls so we didn't get to actually enjoy much of the resort.

Went to have a few drinks and watch the sunset at the bar of the Golf club, beautiful view and great service, the prices are very steep though.

Good place, rooms a bit tiny. The massage onsite is the worst I've ever had please don't get it. Very unprofessional.

Lovely room, however there was a continuous noise from our AC unit which was not fixed, and the blue standby light on the TV means that the room was not entirely dark through the night ! The hotel did come and put some black tape over the light to resolve this.
