I was there for a meeting and had a great evening. First of all the place is well-located, the Uber driver got me there really fast. Second of all, the place is nice, I mean architecture, decoration and stuff. Third of all the employees are really focused and provided everything I wanted extremely fast, after all the more clients the more money. The bar was neat!! The food is ok, although a bit expensive in comparison to other restaurants. Come and have a good stay in a very well located place. Don't forget to tip the hotel's staff!

Very bad rooms. Changed 5 times to rooms that have air conditioning working and windows closing. Could do with renovations.

Used the lounge of the building and although small it was very nice and clean. The outside part was bigger and could fit the entirety of the event.

I actually only use the parking lot to let my car while I'm working nearby. What I can say is that they have a good staff, attentious employees and theu are always in good mood. They are in an excelent location, close to the Higienópolis shopping center and Mackenzie University, also there are good places to eat nearby.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice customer service. Room are clean and breakfast is very good. Restaurant is not that great. Swimming pool and sports room are available

It has a good location considering it's proximity of Higienopolis mall and Mackenzie University. The employees are extremely receptive always in a good mood. Their prices are fair considering the good services.

Very nice hotel. It's located in a safe neighborhood and close to Higienópolis Shopping Mall. The service is very good as well as the breakfast. Recommend it.
