To rest in peace near from São Paulo. Excellent service, staff, accommodation and food! One of the best all inclusive services! Alcohol drinks included!

Nice and relaxing place however don't expect food/ snack on the "all inclusive resort" between 2am and 7am. Music and entertainment until 3am

Nice staff, acquactic sports like sailing, standup paddle and kayak available. Good variety and quality of food. Excellent place for families and corporate events.

I had a frustating experience at Club Med! After going through a terrible traffic jam and bad access to the hotel, the welcome on my check in was even worse. For my surprise, that was a different name on the reservation with my parents. Even though I handed my documents, voucher and all requested informationthe front desk did not allow me to check in and kept asking for the manager okay. Also the manager was not supportive at all and refused to talk to me. I was surprise with the bad mas slow training of the staff. I was very frustated with the quality of the service and the experience was very bad, unfirtunetely :(

As of August-2017, this resort doesn't yet deserve to carry the Club Med brand. Bedrooms are fine, but convention areas are not well maintained, staff doesn't have the typical Club Med friendliness, food is sub-par. Three words: no decent croissants!!!
